- If you do not pick up your package from your agent, it will be automatically returned to us after 7 days. We will then charge a fee of 300 SEK for unclaimed packages. See our terms and conditions of purchase here.

- For orders over 599 SEK we deliver free of charge within Sweden. If you purchase under this amount or want a shipping method other than free shipping, shipping within Sweden costs an additional 39 SEK.

My order

- Please check if the order landed in your email inbox. If you have not received your order confirmation the day after purchase, please contact us at info@knatteplock.se and we will send it to you.
- Unfortunately, we cannot add a product to an order that has already been placed. However, you are welcome to place a new order.

Returns

-Email your order number to info@knatteplock.se and let us know you want a return. We will include a return slip with the email.

If you placed your order through Budbee, you can make the return directly to Budbee without notifying us.
- Within 30 days after we receive your return. A refund will then be issued to your account or your invoice will be credited.
- We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Send an email to our customer service info@knatteplock.se describing what is wrong with the product and attach a picture or video showing how the product is wrong.
- If you feel that you have received a defective product, please feel free to contact our customer service info@knatteplock.se who will be happy to assist you.
-You have 14 days from the time you receive your product to return your order. Email us at info@knatteplock.se and we will assist you.

Payment and Refund

- Unfortunately, we cannot update the payment method for an order that has already been placed.
- If no money has been withdrawn from your account or reserved, your order may not have been fulfilled or you may have opted for partial payment or invoice. Please contact our customer service info@knatteplock.se and we will help you.
-Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Please contact our customer service info@knatteplock.se if this time has been exceeded and we will review your case.
- You enter your gift card number at checkout. There is a box at checkout where you can enter the code.
- Check your spam inbox and see if it ended up there. If it did not, please contact us at info@knatteplock.se and we will assist you.

Products

- Our products are sold only through our website.
- For each product you can click on "Notify me" and enter your email address. You will then receive an email when the product is back in stock.
- Unfortunately, we can not offer this at the moment.

- All our products are specially designed for babies and can be used from 6 months.
As with all silicone plates, it is difficult to get the suction cup to stick completely. This is because the material is soft and malleable. A tip is to wet the suction plug before you attach it to the surface, so it sticks as well as possible.
